applied for a future vacancy even if there is no available vacancy at the time

In case
you have sent us you CV, Cover Letter and any other supporting documents for a vacancy
and/or a future vacancy, you consent for the same to be stored by us until the
earlier of, (a) your written withdrawal of such consent in writing, or (b) the
end of a two years period since receipt of such CV, Cover Letter and any other
supporting documents. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using
and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes of future
vacancy by sending your request in writing at dpo@genimar.com. Upon receipt of
your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time

number(s), and any other contact details; (c) resume, academic and professional
qualifications and experience, certifications and employment and training

that may be collected by GENIMAR are stored and (if required) processed in the
European Union and/or in any other country as necessary. Should GENIMAR need to
transfer your personal data, GENIMAR will take the necessary measures to ensure
